SHIPPING

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from contact@beatrizjardinha.com acknowledging your purchase. If you don't find it in your inbox, kindly check your SPAM folder.

Shipping details will be sent to you once your items are dispatched via CTT or DHL.

Please allow up to four weeks for your order to be crafted, hallmarked, and shipped. We appreciate your understanding of any potential delays due to the manual creation process. Once your order leaves our atelier, you'll receive an email from contact@beatrizjardinha.com confirming shipment along with a registration number to track your order here.

Shipping costs:

  • Portugal (Mainland and Islands): €5 | 1-2 working days

  • Spain: €10 | 1-2 working days

  • Spain Islands: €10 | 6-9 working days

  • European Union: €11 | 4-6 working days

  • UK: €17 | 4-6 working days

  • Rest of the world: €30 | 4-6 working days

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Should you wish to exchange or return a piece (within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product), please email us at contact@beatrizjardinha.com. We'll respond as promptly as possible.

Exchanges and returns are only approved if the pieces show no signs of usage, are in their original box, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for customized pieces made to customer specifications. The customer bears responsibility for return shipping charges both ways.

Returns initiated beyond 14 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.

Please note that refund or store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order.

For easier exchanges, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original one. Please notify us of this within 14 days of receiving your order.

REPAIRS

We offer a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, applicable only to items bought on beatrizjardinha.com. Items purchased from our retailers or third-party online stores must be returned through the original point of purchase, with their respective warranty terms applying.

The warranty covers damages not caused by accidents, inappropriate use, or normal wear and tear. Depending on the extent of damage, we'll either repair or replace the item with one of equal value.

Repairs outside the warranty period will incur an additional charge.

SALES TAX

For international sales, local duties and fees will apply as per the most current rates. Please note that we are not liable for international customs, duties & taxes, as all orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).
